Questions

Questions about paid advertising.

Do I have to give you access to my ad accounts?

Yes, but to accounts you own. I’m added as a user, so you keep control and can see everything I change. If someone else set the account up, we start by checking who actually owns it.

Google or Meta: which should I start with?

It depends on how people find what you sell. If they search for it, Google usually comes first. If they don’t know they want it yet, Meta can create the demand. Often it’s both, in a sensible order. We work that out from your customers, not a template.

How long before I know if it’s working?

New campaigns need a few weeks to settle, and a strong first month proves very little. I’d rather tell you that now than celebrate week one, then look properly once there’s enough data.

What if I’ve been burned by an agency before?

You’ll know what I changed and why, and you can ask me directly. No account manager in between, and no monthly PDF that says impressions are up.

Will you look at my website and tracking too?

Ads only work as well as what sits behind them, so yes. Where the website or tracking needs real work, that’s covered under landing pages and tracking.
