Privacy policy.

Real Good Labs (ABN 80 493 354 077) is a digital marketing consultancy run by me, Miles, in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why, and what I do with it. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect the details you choose to give me: your name, email address, phone number (if you ask for a callback), your business or website, and your message.

Like most websites, my hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site secure and working.

Why I collect it

I use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide my services. I won’t add you to a marketing list, and I don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who I share it with

I use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and my email:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
  • Resend, which delivers contact form messages to my inbox.
  • Google Workspace, where I receive and store email.
  • Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising (see below).

These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. I choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to Australian law.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

I use cookies and similar technologies from Google and Meta to understand how people use this site and to measure and improve my advertising:

  • Google Analytics, to see which pages are visited and how people find the site.
  • Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure enquiries from my ads and to show my ads to people who have visited this site.

These tools collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and an approximate location. They don’t give me your name or contact details. Google and Meta may combine it with information they already hold, under their own privacy policies.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, manage Google ad personalisation in My Ad Center, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser.

How I keep it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. I keep enquiries only as long as I need them to respond and to run my business, then delete them.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, through the . I’ll respond within 30 days.

Complaints
