Questions
Before you get in touch.
Who actually does the work?
Me. You’ll talk to the person running your campaigns, and there’s no account manager or hand-off in between.
Do I need to understand the platforms?
No. That’s my part. You bring knowledge of your business and customers, and I explain what I’m doing and why in plain English.
What if I only need one thing?
That’s fine. Plenty of people start with one service and add others once the first is working.
Do you handle social media and email too?
Only the basics, set up properly. If they’re a key part of your strategy I’ll recommend a specialist rather than pretend I do everything.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
No. Real Good Labs only works with Australian businesses.
